Cultivating A Good Life

It is my intention to help individuals and families cultivate a good life.  A "good life" is about creating  abundant joyful experiences in a place where one has lived.  It's about making memories surrounded around the celebration of milestones and personal wishes fulfilled.  A large part of what becomes memorable in our lives is the space in which the "Life" happens and how warm it feels to us and to our guests. Therefore, the number one goal of my firm is to create the conditions in your home so that feeling good in one's space becomes easy and friends can't wait to come over.

While growing up, my parents taught me the value of a simple but gracious life. Our home "The Maxwell House" was a place where neighbors, family and visitors could feel welcomed and spoiled with delicious food, spirits and lively conversation.  Dad stressed good manners and gracious hospitality while mom emphasized impeccable culinary standards and generous food portions. The example they set has inspired me to share this timeless commitment to gracious living by helping people turn their houses into homes which not only reflects their unique personality, but also feels welcoming to each person who walks through the front door.  Dad showed me how the best things are life are free, therefore my curation process does not discriminate. I like to combine high-end and repurposed value to my interiors.  When it comes to designing beautiful interiors it is not so much about how much you spend on a design project as it is about the careful planning and strategic selection of furniture, color and texture. With these principles in mind, I am certain that good design is accessible to everyone.
